Today's applications have put high demands upon the data center storage infrastructure. NextIO's vSTOR™ S200 is ideally suited to provide faster response times, lower power, higher reliability and large flash storage capacity to dramatically accelerate I/O bound applications.
NextIO's vSTOR™ S200 is a modular memory array that provides the industry's highest performance with over 4 million IOPS of flash based storage. Only NextIO vSTOR™ products allow Solid State Storage devices to be added or reconfigured "On-Demand" to increase the storage capacity or performance. The modular design allows for scalable storage capacity up to 19 TeraBytes of available flash storage in a 4U footprint.
vSTOR S200 Features
The NextIO vSTOR™ appliance provides enterprise class features including serviceability, high capacity and performance. The "hot serviceable" I/O modules allow for ease of upgrades and replacement without incurring system down-time. The appliance supports up to 16 Solid State storage I/O modules and 8 server connections for maximum scalability in a small 4U footprint.
The vSTOR™ S200 product offers direct attach flash storage with the choice of standards based, best-of-class SLC or MLC high performance flash cards for datacenter and dense computing environments.
The nControl management software is at the center of the vSTOR appliance and provides the interface to configure, monitor and manage the flash card storage pool. Industry standard interfaces including web GUI, CLI and SNMP are available to actively manage the NextIO vSTOR™ product.
